I have to mention this young kid that works at Lloyd Bell. His name is Blaine I believe. I wasn't even dealing with Lloyd belt I was dealing with Enterprise dropping off a vehicle at 4:00 p.m. and I guess Enterprise closed early that day so there was no employees there. I had some major problems with my rental car and had been in touch with Enterprise my whole time I had the rental. I wanted to speak with a manager or employee at the office where I picked up the rental car to let them know how unsafe it was. As I mentioned they were not around this young man Blaine took me into his office let me vent to him about all the problems I had with Enterprise which again let me remind you he does not work for. Took down my name and phone number. Another gentleman came into the room and handed me a business card with the main Enterprise managers phone number on it. Which I appreciate because up to this point when I would call corporate Enterprise at the time I had the rental car it was always the runaround and had to get transferred and had to get calls back. I still have not gotten a phone call back. And I was told yesterday I was a priority complaint issue. Today is Monday and not a holiday and I have not received a phone call. So this young man Blaine listen to all my problems I had with Enterprise not knowing that he didn't even work with Enterprise. He offered my 6-year-old son a soda. And once we started talking I could tell that Blaine has a good future ahead of him and I really hope that Lloyd Belt understands the type of employee that they have there. Because in this day and age that is very hard to find a man like that. And no offense to blaine but he is a very young man with a very bright future. I wish you the best my friend and thank you for your help. And thank you to the gentleman that brought me the manager of enterprises business card I appreciate your help as well

Everybody there was very friendly and helpful. They seemed to be the only place in town that I could get my car in for an inspection right away. They did a great job. I highly recommend them. I'll go to them the next time I need anything done with my car. 🙂🌺

My car decided to take a dirt nap (died). Was towed by Woods❤️Towing to Lloyd Belts-Eldon. . On a Friday-around closing time. And they were on it “Like a Rat on a Cheeto” Monday Morning. By 10am-the Problems was solved! Just 2 hours-They saved the day. As I live NOWHERE-close to Lake of The Ozarks. And Delbert kept me in the Loop. Great People Skills, Professional, and Did NOT take me to the Cleaners. Absolutely the BEST! Well done, Grasshopper.

My Buick Envision started running rough and making noises. The tech immediately jumped in and drove it. Came back and said it was a spark issue. With in 15min they had my coil pack on number two replaced. $80 later I was on my way with my car running perfectly.
