I would highly recommend working with Matt from Lloyd Belt Automotive! I put my 2021 Chevy 2500 HD on my brothers lot for sale on a Thursday evening. The next morning Matt called me and was interested in purchasing for the dealership. We agreed to meet at 12:00 which he was there waiting for me. Matt had his service manager with him to drive and look over so they drove for 5 minutes. Upon return he wanted to purchase for the agreed upon price. He took truck back to his dealership and then sent a driver to meet me in Jefferson City to give me a check and to get title. I forgot my license plate so i drove to Eldon Saturday morning and when he saw me pull in he ran out so i didn’t have to get out of my truck. He made this the easiest sale i have ever been a part of! If your in the market for a new car or to sell your car I would highly recommend Matt with Lloyd Belt Automotive in Eldon, Mo!!

I have had to learn a few times by taking any of my vehicles to other repair/ maintenance shops , that Lloyd Belt is all I need. Yes, it's a little pricier but I'd rather not pay double by having sent my vehicle somewhere, to then have Lloyd Belt fix it right. End of story

Let me start with "If I could give Lloyd Belt Automotive 10 stars, I would!"Thank you Delbert for the EXCELLENT work done on my 2009 Honda Odyssey. It drives better than when I bought it over 3 years ago! You dear sir, went beyond any expectations I have ever received in vehicles fixes in my 40+yrs driving!! (BTW, not just the work, but for lending a listening ear). To Kelly, Matt and the young gentleman (I forgot to write your name down), your kindness and hospitality in your showroom was something I've never experienced. It did not go unnoticed.One day in the future, Lloyd Belt is where I will go to buy my next vehicle. You are honest, kind and someone I enjoyed doing business with.

This quickly turned from a 1 star review into a 5 star review.My car suddenly broke down in Osage Beach while I was 2 and 1/2 hours from home. I decided to choose Lloyd Belt for its tow destination, due to the high praise and good reviews it had. They quickly found the issue with the vehicle, repaired it, and kept me posted throughout the process.The trouble came when my wife and I went to pick the vehicle up. We drove 2 and 1/2 hours back to the shop after confirming with the service department that they would be open on Saturday. Come to find out, after driving to the location, that the entire place had closed early due to the Easter weekend holiday.What was an infuriating situation was soon alleviated when I direct messaged the Lloyd Belt Automotive Facebook page. The manager of the account, named Matt, offered to let me in and pickup my vehicle right then and there.Despite the hiccup, Lloyd Belt and Matt in particular came through. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend them for anyone dealing with vehicle issues.

Never tried to buy a car here, but at least for auto repairs, this place has never done me wrong. Good staff repairing the cars, nice people inside helping you get through the wait and financials, and the lobby isn't a bad place at all to wait while they fix your vehicle with free drinks and the like. I come here any time I need basically anything done to my car aside from really light work like an oil change.

A family member recommended Lloyd Belt in Eldon after I’d tried several other shops without success. Other shops kept replacing parts without proper diagnostics, and costs were adding up. I decided to give Lloyd Belt a try, and I’m so glad I did. Delbert was knowledgeable about my car (2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee), even keeping old parts on hand to show me the issue. I highly respect that seeing that it clearly defines how much he cares about the customer's understanding.He was clear in explaining the diagnosis, and my problem was diagnosed quickly—within 6 hours, even though they were busy. They had the part the next day and had my car ready that evening. The professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail were impressive, and I felt respected throughout the process. I will most definitely return to Lloyd Belt for future repairs when needed. Thank you for redeeming my faith in the shop world! It's a relief to know I have somewhere that I can go that I can confidently say will fix my vehicle.
